August already?

It's always about this time when I wonder where the summer went! :) July was a super busy month spent traveling, having family in and celebrating Kyle's 1st birthday! Thanks James, for remembering!! :) I'll post a few pictures of what we've been up to.

During our trip to Oregon, we stayed here...

Kyle's 1st birthday!!! Since he's LOVED his little "Mr. Fish" for so many months, we threw him a Fish Party!!
Playing with his new Tonka Truck!
Daddy shows him how to dump rocks.
Shopping at Target. He hates to shop!!

Awww, Kyle looks so cute! Happy 1st Birthday to him! I just got back from China. I went there with my parents to go see my grandpa because he's sick. He is ok right now. The flight to Shanghai, China was TIRING! We had to fly to Korea first, and then to China. My uncle and aunt in China took me many places and we had a fun time! Hope you're having a great summer! :D

Hi Mrs. Martin
I just came back from my camping trip with my family and I am kind of tired. The day before we left, we heard news about a bear attack and one man was killed and two people were injured near Yellowstone. We were so scared but we were well prepared with bear repellent and knowledge.
First we went to Grand Teton National park and stayed there for two days.
Next we went to Yellowstone National park. We saw a lot of gysers and hot springs. Most of the hot springs stinked there. We saw some rare animals like Grizzly Bears, wolves, bison, and elk.
Then we went to Glacier National park and camped there for four nights. We saw glaciers and hiked a lot.
On the last day we went to Zion National Park and we hiked Angels Landing again. That was a very strenous hike with an elavation gain of 1488 ft! I also hiked the Narrows trail. It wasn't really a trail, you had to hike in a river. It was in a canyon gorge and the water was sometimes waist high!
After all it was very fun. In this long trip we camped eight days and lived in a hotel for three days. We experienced four seasons by cold nights, hot days, and rainy days. I wish one day we will see each other again.

Kyle is growing up so quickly! He's adorable! I miss you a lot and I can't wait until school starts again. I can't believe I'm already going to seventh grade.
Say hi to Rudy for me and Happy Birthday to Kyle!!
Love,
